*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Initial Promotional Rate of 1.99% APR for 12 months is available until April 15, 2014 for all new home equity loans (based on 700+ FICO score and 80% loan-to-value). Other rates available based on lower credit scores. Member pays closing costs up to $1,200 on loans exceeding $100,000. All fees will be paid by the credit union for loans under $100,000. As of 1/1/14, the current HELOC regular rate is 3.25% APR (Prime Rate; based on 700+ FICO score and 80% loan-to-value). At the end of the Initial Promotional Rate period, the regular variable rate adjusts to the Prime Rate (as listed in the Wall Street Journal, currently 3.25%). APR will never increase above 21.00%.
